Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

Strength for Life is a group exercise class that is specifically for individuals over 50 to stay fit and improve strength, and balance. The aim of the program is to help also reduce falls, improve health, and fitness. These classes are instructor-led!

Golden Oldies is a low-impact exercise class that focuses on aerobics, strength, and balance. Get active with some music and have fun! These classes are instructor-led.

Aqua is low-impact, high-energy workouts conducted in water. Participants perform a variety of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.
